What This Course Covers

Our lead climbing – sport course is focused on building foundational lead skills in a real-world setting. You’ll receive in-depth instruction from AMGA-certified guides and have plenty of time on the wall to apply what you learn. This course is a comprehensive course, and consist of two full days in the field. The end goal of the course is to leave our guests with a complete tool kit of skills, allowing them to engage and Climb single pitch sport climbs safely and competently.

Course Details

Location: Single-pitch sport areas around Santa Barbara (exact crag based on conditions and group needs)

Duration: 4–6 hours, 2 Days

Cost: $250/guest , Solo Guests $360
Group Size: Private or small group (max 6 climbers per guide)

Included: All technical climbing equipment (rope, draws, belay device, etc.)

What to Bring: Personal climbing shoes and harness (optional), water, snacks, sunscreen, stoke

Minimum requirements: Must be able to climb 5.9 or harder on top rope. No prior lead climbing experience necessary.
